Tate Downtown

Tate Downtown is a stunning real estate development in downtown Vancouver.

We designed this high quality piece to be handed out at the official ground breaking. Working with an existing logo and brand look we designed an oversize 8 panel accordion fold brochure adding a special Red and Metallic Gold as well as Spot UV Varnish effects all printed on a heavy cover stock.
