Working closely with the Developer and Realtor team, we designed the logo, tag line, brand elements, copy writing, advertising, signage, racking brochure, qualified buyers brochure/folder, bus bench advertising near the community, lot identification signage, wayfinding signage on site and consulted with the staging team on Vancouver Island lifestyle activities to target empty nesters to this forested community.

Primal was awarded two international awards for the qualified buyers brochure that they designed!
The web site included a custom watercolour site plan map with lot identification roll-overs to see information about lot size and info for the second phase of this master planned community. The site also featured lead generation data capture forms for interested buyers. The site was designed to be search friendly and representative of target market buyers through the use of beautiful stock photography.
